WFH WITH THE BABY?
You may want to have a conversation with your boss about a modified schedule that works for both of you while working from home with a baby.
You can use a baby carrier/seat so you can keep your baby close to you. If you’re on a call, you can let your recipient know that you have a baby at home in case there are any interruptions or noises. This may be very annoying in some cases, so again take into consideration the nature of your job. For example, a disgruntled customer of a telecoms company struggling with your company’s services may not be sympathetic to your situation upon calling the call center for solutions. Best to avoid making calls when the baby is feeling uneasy.
Use their nap times efficiently, and try to schedule work that requires intense focus or conference calls during these times.
